Custom Orders:

Here at DRIA, we understand one size does not fit all. You can read about our Bespoke Furniture options and Interior Design Services in the Studio tab, or please get in touch to discuss any Custom design inquiry’s you may have. We look forward to hearing about your vision and are excited to help you bring it to life.

Product Care:

Each product comes with a tailored care instruction guide as how to best care for your furniture.

For most items we recommend keeping away from food/drink or any other products that may stain the fabric or surfaces, and using gentle cloth and warm water to clean with a mild detergent if necessary.

Lead Times:

As every order is custom made for you, along with constant changes in the manufacturing industry and order influxes, lead times can vary.

We are working to constantly update these and can confirm that the current lead times are stated below are as current.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order, and we will contact you with a 7 day notification prior to the pieces being completed.

Fabric furniture: 6 weeks

Concrete furniture: 5 weeks

Scatter cushions: 1 week

Shipping & Delivery:

Our courier delivers directly to your front door/entry on the ground floor with photo identification required upon delivery.

Unfortunately, our couriers cannot go upstairs or past the front door so please ensure there will be someone to collect the goods and move them to their desired room.

Please contact us if you require special assistance and this can be arranged.

Freight prices vary state by state and are calculated at the checkout.

Returns:

At DRIA, we want you to love the products you buy from us.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns, refunds or exchange for change of mind (As supported by Australian consumer law).

Please ensure you check the dimensions within the space that your DRIA piece will live (including the entryway) as we are not liable for incorrect selections.

Faulty Items:

Our products are manufactured by hand, locally in Melbourne and we implement quality control.

However, should an item arrive with a manufacturing fault please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace the item with no cost to you.

For manufacturer faults we will arrange the return freight but for any faults after this 24 hour period, you will be responsible for the freight costs to return the items to our Melbourne location.

All circumstances will be judged on a case by case basis, so please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate each individual circumstance.

DRIA is not liable for any wear and tear on items, but if items are faulty please get in touch via hello@driahouse.com.au to arrange a return.

Product Warranty

Each product comes with various warranty times so please contact us for any queries. To qualify for warranty, products must be cared for as per the care instructions specific to each piece. Items subject to negligence, damage or misuse will forfeit their warranty terms.

Timber frames: 10 year structural integrity warranty.

Fabric: DRIA Does not offer any warranty on fabric, due to the nature of these items and the natural fibres throughout each piece.

Upholstery: A one year warranty from the date of purchase covers any excessive compression / expansion from polyurethane foam and feather inserts. 

Concrete: 10 year structural integrity warranty.
